We have an in house team specialized in designing and detailing services, our professional engineers have a combined experience of over 50 years in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Structural Steel, Open Web Joist and Light Gauge Construction, We have designed extensive projects of varying complexity and architectural emphasis with very successful and attractive outcomes.

When required, we utilize composite design, combining the steel and concrete together and thus making use of both materials best strengths.

Using AutoCAD software, we offer a complete 2D detailing service for all our projects. Our highly professional and experienced engineering office’s output includes: Complete Building Design, Column Reactions and Design Calculations, Approval Design Drawings, Production (Shop) Drawings and Erection drawings. State of the art 3D modelling utilising TEKLA software allows us to rapidly produce complete models for any engineering application, accounting for environmental condition and project specific factors. We are able to collaborate on 3D models with architects and design teams thus taking advantage of real-time specification changes and revisions.

• International Building Code 2018 Edition (IBC-2018)
  This code provides minimum requirements to safeguard the public health, safety and general welfare of the occupants of buildings and structures.
• American Institute of Steel Construction 2016 Edition (AISC 360-16)
  This manual is used to design built-up sections, hot rolled sections and welded plates and for the design of bolted connections.
• Metal Building Manufacturers Association 2018 Edition (MBMA-2018)
  This manual is the authoritative guide for the design and manufacture of pre-engineered steel buildings.
• American Welding Society 2015 Edition (AWS-2015)
  This manual is used to design welded connections and to establish welding specifications and procedures.
